How Do You Decide Which Product to Build?

When creating your products for swim university, how did you know what to create for? Just so we can give raphael some sort of direction on where do we go from here. If you want to go down this product path outside of the e books that h currently has, lke, how do you prioritize what to build and how o do that first?
