How to Keep Up With Your Podcast

When I started the podcast in November 2012, I really toyed with it. It wasn't ever the intention that it would become essentially a lead generation engine. The numbers got very interesting very quickly and I kind of basically stopped doing videos until 2018 when I did a five-minute Friday series. And then I started to video myself doing the podcast on January 2019. But I just fitted it in but there was a time. A lot of the I've gone a little bit easier on myself, particularly when the sort of chronic fatigue thing was around a couple of years ago. He says he's always been a morning person but even that was a push for him this year.
