Meditation I Just Need to Breathe
I meditate every day and the simplest way of meditating is to focus on your breathing. The gene for the gene most associated with kindness is one of the oldest in the human genome it's about 500 million years old. I use an analogy like going to the gym or learning let's say you want to run a 10k and what you do is you practice you train for it so like if I was to start training my leg muscles then as I work out that muscle two things happen the muscle becomes firmer and then it becomes larger, something similar happens in the brain when you not just breathe.
