Use the Stop Skill and You Stop Yourself From Acting on That Urge

When we're at that kind of level 100 or like the skills breaking point, it can be harder to kind of catch yourself. The reason that we're thinking of this as a distressed tolerance scale is because being very emotionally heightened increases the likelihood that you're going to act on that urge. It's an especially important time to try to use this skill. And it can be used almost like in conjunction with the stop skill.
