How to Use Klingon to Learn a Language

The survey itself got translated into a bunch of languages other than English. There were actually eight translations counting English. Nobody filled in the Ukrainian one though, because everybody knew enough Russian or English. Some people didn't know any Navi yet. They thought they were a member of the community, but they hadn't learned any language.
