The Art of Russ Heath

As a child, Russ Heath became my favorite comic book artist. He worked in a very realistic style. His work was much more detailed than the typical comic artists. And I really fell in love with his work. When I saw this article in 2015, first of all caught my attention because I had not heard Russ Heath's name in 30-something years. Meanwhile, I'm also a huge fan of Roy Lichtenstein. So it definitely attracted my attention. The project started when I noticed an article on Gizmodo I09 about Russ Heath and how he believed he had been ripped off by Roy Lichtenstone.
