The Problem With Heating and Cooling in a Building
Our building has a ancient heating system. It's just like a luxury car, except for all the heating pipes that no one else will touch. The other thing, they have a charming thing about it is well, they're all prone to failure because things get in the pipes throughout the building and cause sort of chain reactions. So you can over stress the system. And there's no more cool. There's just no more cool air coming through or not much. No more cool. Just like a Mac. Not no longer cool.
