Is Your Style and Approach to Advocacy Changed?
In the early days, I think I spoke too quickly and I would trip up over my words. My style wasn't very – well I didn't really have a style, it was just very much not thought through advocacy. And one of the main ways that I think my style has changed over the years is that I'm much more relaxed in my advocacy. That doesn't mean that I don't care, it just means that,. you know, when I'm speaking to a tribunal, whether that be a jury orWhether that be a judge, I don't give the impression of desperation.
