Coaching is one of the things that you get to do in your role as a designer. What are some tactical tips that you can give for someone at is now going to be manager of a peer who happens to be a friend? I think what you said about being real, and if you don't give them critical fied back, youre doing them a service. But i think just talking about getting it out there is the best thing that you can do.
