Some people are so wed to the racism that you just can't release on this, even though all of the logic says it's useless. So I think that training would eliminate affirmative action as even it wouldn't even make sense. Facts exists for a reason. There's a higher odds of smart people among higher IQ groups. Now do something with that. If a group has a higher IQ and average, would it be true that there's a greater chance that a person in that group had a higher IQ? What are you going to do with that?
