The Right Place to Start Small in Change Management

When we use a human centered or a design thinking approach to change an organization, we kind of flip that whole process upside down. We start with thinking about what people need and figuring out how to mobilize them. So after mobilizing people, the second thing we do is find the right place to start small. It's about finding the place where the conditions are right and where you can make some tangible action and impact fastest.
