Coaching - It's More About the Coach

Andrew: Part of my enjoyment, and linking it into the skilled intentionality, is about learning new skills. And actually taking that away and going and figuring that out is what i enjoy as a coach. Marianne: It's not just about me helping students tatit's about my engagement in the activity, in those relationships as well. The session to night was based on some ideas around ways in which we might interact with an invirment or a game or an activity. Abut it becomes really quite, quite dynamic when you do it that way. But listening to andrew, it feels like it's more about the coach.
