Stress can emerge in the form of, my legs feel like crap. You know, i'm sore. I'm a hard time generating the power. It can also show up as my heart rate response is too low. O kn in this three, three part delineation that i'm trying to set up for a load, stress strain. And then i want to be able to detect eventual strain reactions in my athlete. That's exactly what we were talking about before regarding the nobena perisation,. which is making those sourments on the fly based on how athlete responding to the loads that we're prescribing.
