How to Collect Data to Improve Patient Experience

I think an undercurrent theme of both episodes, I'm really noticing is that above all expectations are changing with the technology. We have ways where we can distribute data in ways that meet with privacy and whatnot to actually help patients understand what they have contributed to. And it's much clearer to see just where that rubber hits the road right to the patient which is when you're going to see a lot of these differences take place.
