If you're further along on the journey than the rocky road from founder to salsad, and you actually have traded a scaleable process, you're on the road to repeat able process. So i think the magic number is 80 % of the team get to 80% to quota or hire, which is hard to do. And if youd hit that magic number, then potentially it's time to hit the gas.
