How to Convert Skeptics to Supporters in a Business
The first thing I did was sort of spend a little while identifying folks who were friendly and would champion the work we wanted to do all over the business. Arab's quite interesting in that although there is a hierarchy it doesn't run very hierarchically day to day. Some folks are quite protective of them and some folks are quite permissive, so you've got to just build a mental map of that space over years.
