How to Obtain a Passport to Another Country

I'm sure anybody listening might be curious too, how do people actually go about obtaining a passport to another country? Like maybe you could just simply in simple terms break it down for us. The programs that we work with that again, I mentioned it's a pure capitalism applied to nation state services. Those programs are called citizenship by investment programs or CBI. It's either donation or investment into real estate or investment into bonds.
