Are You a C-Corporate?
There's almost no silver linings. There's literally no reason to do it, unless you have an extremely, extremely strong Corp tax background in my opinion. The only other kind of like, bummer point was like, we decided to raise this capital and then it raised a lot more than we even,. We were going to go just raise 250k, just like have there ready to go, ended up raising a lot more. And so now I had to turn into a C Corp to close around.
