Choked Out is an app that lets users vote on what content they want to see. Frank Trays says ranked choice voting can be useful in some cases, but it's only for a minority of decisions. He says the real question is how many typical decisions do you have to make with rank trace voting? "I think there's a huge piece of governance missing from those decisions," he says.
