Are We Necessary to Have Dedications or Is That Just People's Opinions?

I wanted to ask you are we supposed to have denominations or is that just people's opinions and then pickening choosing what they want from the Bible and adding their own human rules. What is your thoughts on that and kind of your experience navigating in that worldYeah so you know everything for me goes straight back to scripture right so as chapter number two the Holy Spirit fills the Jews and they start preaching the gospel.
