China's Pandemic

China is now the fastest, fastest aging population in the world. You're going to have a huge graying population. Now you understand why you have, you know, giant cities that are empty. Why you have some of the housing problems which then brings it back to the financial issues associated with the housing. Then add on to that covid of basically china shutting down its countrya completely,. and basically destroying itself on the worlds stage from an actual business perspective. So that's what i see happening in china.
