As parents, we get the opportunity to teach our kids what we wish we knew earlier in life. Starting with the foundation of positive discipline, we can break unhealthy relationship cycles. Once this foundation is in place, we can move beyond to breaking or even preventing other unhealthy cycles that would otherwise hold them back.
