I started climbing in a, in a really old school type jim you noic everything was like, vertical, up to maybe ten degrees overhanging. And then i also climbed a lot on granite boulders, which were much more like sloper squeezing compression feature climbing. So same as you like, i had good open hand sloper strength, relative and then decent crimp strength. I just didn't have that sort of strain on a decent hold, lots a weight on my fingers, half cramp.
