What Is Your Memory Weaver?

The hippocampus is a structure that's deep in the middle of your brain and it's necessary for the formation of any new consciously held memory. It continues to reactivate sets of neurons that were activated by the experience or the information that you're trying to learn. And so we can associate anything which means that we can we can learn and remember anything. We just have to associate those and what I mean connect those neurons neurochemically and physically in our brains.
