The Energy of the Conscious Mind and Imagination
The first is elemental energy, the substance of the four slash five classical elements we've mentioned before. The second type is astral energy, the energy of the conscious mind and of imagination. According to Starhawk, it is the force that makes up both the astral realm and the dream plane as well as what we'll call the astral body in the occult. Magic can also be done by harnessing this energy.
