Clinical Documentation - Is the Treatment Effective?

It's been said that a good example has twice the value of good advice. So I want to offer up an example of the joint commissions. Is there evidence that the treatment or service actually worked. And if it has worked then it also kind of lends weight to the idea that it'll continue working in the future. Number five is a treatment efficient. Are the intensity frequency and duration of the services logical and are they not wasteful?
