"I think a level four or five leader is authentically, you know, who you are," says Jim Collins. "If you try to fake it to make it to be something else, you'll wind up in a very bad place." He was part of an intensive leadership program led by Warren Rustand seven or eight years ago. 'You can't emulate other people until you learn to lead yourself,' he adds.
