How to Treat an Illness
Nursing your cold with a bowl of soup in my opinion I think that's nice it might be good to bundle up warm as well if you bundle up it means you cover yourself in blankets. Make sure you're not out in the cold for too long one thing that I'll always do is by we have a drink in the UK called lem'sip which helps reduce your pain and that seems to help me. Having a really hot steamy shower is so nice when you're sick that really does help.
