When salespeople start telling IT department to shove it when the IT department says, no, you can't have that. You know you've crossed the chasm when people are demanding that they use them in their business environment. So there is right. The loyalty indicates to you that, look, this solves my problem. What we said before, this is a migraine level problem for me. And there is absolutely no way you're taking this away from me.
A new technology won’t go far unless it solves a migraine-level problem.
