The FTX Group's Secret Exemption From Auto-Liquidation

FTX apparently used an unsecured group email account to manage the security keys for its digital assets. Employees of the FTX Group submitted payment requests through an online chat platform where a disparate group of supervisors approved disbursements by responding with personalized emojis. It does really baffle me that the big Silicon Valley VCs funded something this sloppy and we're so proud of their investment that they wrote now deleted magazine style articles about it.
