You have to match the culture. You can't just do a litnes test on that. So spend time with them and see if they really don't want ayo, over many hours, get along and can figure it out. They don't nee to be like you. They can be different. But can you guys spend time together and discuss problems and figure out and learn something from each other,. then things look good.
