Timothy Stanley: Are we on the cusp of a turnaround or is it way too early to say at this point, Tim? He says Jim Farley has been out there talking about this for a long time and what's very clear is in the auto industry some of these changes take a while to implement. Stanley: On Tesla you know there's no reason the stock can't go higher from here but I just worry about that stock in another risk-off environment over the next couple of quarters.
