I do a lot of reps in the hip thrust to warm up I mix my clam shells. You're gonna run into a problem with three of the five major movements so he would say the answer is you can try it but I think you're gonna see a wall hit you pretty soon. If this was a question from 1971 1972 when I was first starting up we would probably train together and have a lot of fun, but I've kind of progressed beyond that.
