Are You a Multiplier?
I think the biggest thing is to always seem like you're a multiplier and to come into every space like like multiplying. Nobody's ever going to give you opportunities to be in exceptional places if you're not thinking about next-order impacts. I do think that they're quite frankly, especially in finance, there are also a lot of bias ingrained in that. But barring that, these other personal qualities that you can kind of embody that help get you access to these sort of exceptional spaces or those things that kind of engine.
