The Importance of Research in the Treatment of Toxicity

I think a common theme hearing you all talk is that more research is needed to better define the etiology of these complications so we can better guide treatment. Could I maybe ask each of you to let me know what you think an important area of research is with respect to your particular how I treat? We are trying to build a repository where we can put in the same place all these resources available on these emerging and complicated toxicities.
