In 2012, Twitter started using Presto to access Hadoop data using SQL. In 2018, they're using scalding for the production pipeline. They have a really cool, cool icon logo for it: It's an elephant blowing flames on its trunk. So because it's Hadoop, right? Is it the Hadoop logo the an elephant? It is.
