Andi: I think of a book as, like, you publish it, it's like a huge flash in the pan. It sells a ton, and then, you know, the sales decline, and it's on. Ints to me, that was scary. And so i tried to rethink it, just using the stuff we learne from customer development, from tech, product design, from boot strapping ands. How do you make this so that it's long lasting instead of expiring? And how do you make it so it grows through word of mouth, rather than through the author's own platform? That's why i chose such a weird name for my first book
