Is There a Need for an Evolution of Religion?

Evolution is primarily a let me ask the question. The accusation that sometimes happens, especially with protestants, is the accusation of anti semitism. Where looksk the old testament as a solution? But do you see in the new testament, also, let's say, may be a need for an evolution of religious consciousness? Or is all the new testament simply the last word? I am not a believer in supercessionism, that christianity, ajudaism obsolete.
