I develop and describe a range of pragmatic solutions to major behavioural issues experienced across organisations. My priority is to bring about to stay up and scalable and change. If we were to salt the problem at the 21st century, we need more brains looking at these particular issues. We need to bring people in that maybe historically haven't been involved in that.
