Introduction
The four types of human behaviour are red, yellow, green and blue. What is understood from the other person is going to be completely depending on the context of the person you're speaking to. If one person is saying what they think they're saying, somebody else is hearing a completely different message. We're all hearing through our own sort of filters and our own personality types. There's only a percentage that can get through - not much you can do about them hearing something different to what you 're saying.
