The Importance of Recognition

For us, we like two different kinds of recognition. What's the word that we're like, you nominate? It has to either be the part of your team or whole company-wide. The people who work harder, work smarter, are more helpful. Whether that's documented or not, when it comes round to pay reviews, they're certainly more valuable members of the team. I don't think we tie them to you delivered that project a week early and therefore here's something. It almost devalues the recognition, I think. We want people to do it because they love their job, they love the work,. They want pride, they want purpose, all this kind of stuff.
