How to Deal With Detractors in a Change Initiative
You mentioned you had quite a lot of support from the board. Did you have detractors as well that you had to kind of manage through this process and how did you go about sort of helping them through or maybe exiting them from the business if it's not the business that they wanted to be in? Yeah, it's I would wonder if this ever a change initiative doesn't have some detractors right like there's some people that just are not going to like this whatsoever. And so obviously less so at the board it was more that was within the business for more pockets of detracting than anything else.
