The California Government's New Program for Housing
California is launching a new program for people who have incomes of under 200 and something thousand a year. The government will loan you the money to pay 100% of your closing costs. These loans have no interest, so there are no payments on that money at all. It's only due when you sell the property or you refinance the property then it's due. But until then, you don't have to pay anything.
