The Importance of Soft Skills in UX Design

Sally Kohn: I had a conversation with somebody on LinkedIn about soft skills. She said you can't get a job as a UX designer with only soft skills. But she says the way they thought about it was totally wrong, but they were sort of half right by mistake. Kohn: We need to look for juniors and we need to bring them into the fold. And this is how we end up with juniors who think UX UI is the job rather than like, hey, you need to step back before you start putting pixels on the screen.
