Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction

Meditation has been shown to improve attention and working memory. A new study shows that people who practise meditation for just 12 minutes a day are more likely to benefit from it. The research was carried out on pre-deployment marines, special forces guys, fire fighters,. medical and nursing students. They were asked to do the same types of practices as i describe in my book 'The Power Of Mindfulness' But they only did 40 five minutes per day instead of their usual 60 or 70 minute sessions.
