How Do You Discipline Your Child?

I love that age and I just want to hug them in it. We're always constantly disciplining children, but there's a different mentality between discipline and punishment. You you do get angry but it's very rare. And most of the time they just need a cuddle and you need to redirect. So I do think you need to discipline children. Do I not? I really think I do.
