In the agile community, we talk a lot about trust culture. When you want to work together fully a line, you also have to trust the other parties. One of the first steps to achieving that is what we call alinment trust which is really listening to the people. This combination of listening yet ousing could rather than should can enable people to have constructive conversations at the leadership level. And so when you look at its functional teigs, it's usually understanding that is missing in many organizations.
