California's Newspapers Are Losing Circulation

In 20 17, richard and the consumer federation of california helped push through legislation that requires companies that offer on line subscriptions to also offer an on line cancellation option. This applied not just to newspapers, but all kinds of products, from cosmetics to software to gim memberships. Because it was so broad, the opposition came from many places like the california chamber of commerce and the internet association.
