Autism may be under diagnosed in women. Signs and symptoms of autism may present differently in women or be overlooked altogether. Psychology will tell you that women as a rule are more agreeable than men as a rule. If there's no real emphasis placed more and more to that, psychology may suggest that boys and men don't have the same abilities or levels to be agreeable or friendly.
