How to Trade Stocks and Options
Time is a very critical factor. How much capital am I willing to risk in this trade? You know, options give you very limited risk as far as what you're willing to put up. But with a stock, you don't know where it can go. With an option, if you buy $10,000 of an option and it goes to zero, you lose $10,00. If you buy the stock and it drops 20 points, you could lose 20 times that.
